This valentine pink ultra sparkly polish is made using hyper-galactic holographic glitter, which gives an intense stellar finish. 
 
Dries with a matte & slightly textured finish so 1 or 2 coats of Top Coat is advised to smooth out & bring out those sparkles! Shown with 2 brushed on coats & 2 coats of Elite Top Coat.
